In business since 2003, Executive Precision is not an employment agency. A division of Hues Consulting & Management Inc, we specialize in providing support services. We have a growing team of Client Support Specialists and Personal Assistants on hand to accommodate every support need of our clients. Our Specialists are experts in their industries and have anywhere between 5 and 20 years of support experience. Collectively, we bring a talented team with experience in a variety of industries and company sizes, and have worked
to support clients from mid-level management through chair, consultants and entrepreneurs with varying levels of confidentiality. Our team is resourceful, creative and our Project Managers each have a talent for making matches based on not only background and skill sets, but overall chemistry. We make sure we provide you with top notch performers who fit your criteria. In short, we wouldn't present anyone we wouldn't hire ourselves. Specialists are screened and tested to assure excellence, integrity and quality. We have leveraged the technology and human capital resources to not only compete on a global level, but to help YOU compete on a global level.
How We Work
The first step is working with the client to create and refine the job description to reflect their needs and the requirements for a Client Support Specialist or Personal Assistant to succeed in the position. Next, we use our database to search out and screen the right Specialists to match your requirements. We are careful to only submit the best Specialists for your project for consideration. After the interview process and after a client has expressed interest in a Specialist, we finalize a contract outlining the details and length of the services a client wishes to utilize. Then, an orientation meeting is scheduled to acquaint the Specialist with the client and expectations. Once the Specialist accepts, we finalize client obligations for our services and the Specialist begins. All Specialists are employees of Executive Precision, a Hues Consulting & management Inc company.
